GET IN TOUCH!

From the start your enquiry will be dealt with by leading entertainment agency Tailored Entertainment. Tailored Entertainment specialise in exclusive representation of the best professional function bands in the UK and have a very select roster of top live bands. So you can be reassured from the off that the band have met the high standards Tailored Entertainment demands of its acts and that you'll also have an expert team on hand to help with all of the planning and any questions you may have. BOOK THE BAND

Once you have decided that Mulder & Co. are the live band for your event, Tailored Entertainment will send a booking contract to you to confirm the booking. The contract features all the important details for the function and once you have signed, the band will sign a copy and confirm the booking in their diary. We ask for a deposit, with the balance due within 7 days of event completion.

PLANNING

In the lead up to your event you are very welcome to contact us any time to discuss the plan for the evening. Around four weeks before the day the experienced team at Tailored Entertainment will contact you to go over the final details - timings, live set preferences, song requests for the disco or DJ, final payment details etc. All of the details will be recorded and sent to the band in one simple final confirmation email, so you can be sure nothing will get missed and everything discussed will happen as planned on the night.

ON THE NIGHT

Mulder & Co. will arrive fully self-contained with PA, lighting and pre-mixed disco (or a band member can DJ if you add this to your booking) and will perform 2 hours of live music. The band will cover your whole evening of entertainment so you don't need to hire a separate DJ or any additional equipment.

A guide to a corporate awards night/dinner would be:

  • 17:00 - Band Arrive
  • 18:30 - Background Music On For Guest Arrival & Welcome Drinks
  • 19:30 - Dinner Served
  • 21:00 - Speeches/Awards (we can supply mic if required)
  • 21:30/22:00 - Live music and disco until close

Timings are flexible to suit your needs. The standard price for Mulder & Co. is based on them arriving at 17:00 earliest and finishing as late as 00:00. For an early arrival or late finish outside of these times, there is an additional charge.

The band are very happy to perform a special request for you as long as they have at least three weeks notice of the song choice. For an additional fee they can also learn bespoke stings for awards presentations.

5/5 Mulder & Co were AMAZING! All of the band members were incredibly friendly. They had the venue jumping. When it come to the end of their final set the guests were clapping and cheering for an encore. The band were fantastic and obliged and had the whole venue singing along. They were polite and courteous to all the guests even those who were a little worse for wear! Since the day we have had many guests coming to us and saying how good the band were. 5/5 The whole experience with Mulder & Co was brilliant. Booking them was very easy, and we were given a full list of their songs, along with videos of their performances. They were even kind enough to learn a new song for us that we had as our first dance. Communication leading up to the date through Phoebe was very friendly, professional, and organised- she helped make sure everything went to plan. The band themselves were fantastic, they put in a brilliant performance that had everybody up on the floor and dancing. They all seemed genuinely really nice guys, and were a pleasure to deal with.
